I bought a 2021 2.0 accord last year and have put 8,500 miles on it. Is there any carbon cleaner I can use for preventative care? I do regular 3,000 mile oil changes with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil.

Like @Kaizen said, use top tier gas ought to help, but you probably won't have to worry about cleaning the buildup on the valves until you hit 35-40k miles.

I would not worry about it at this mileage but being a direct injector engine, I would consider installing an oil catch can but before installation, double check to make sure it does not void your powertrain warranty.

Using top tier gas can potentially help prevent carbon build up.
