Ford stopped making the Econoline (or E series as it was later called) in 2014. They were good. Now they only offer the Transit which I don't like.
Express vans are still a good option. Just don't get one older than around 2010 because they had paint problems.
Sprinters are the latest thing, but they can be money pits.
These are all "full-size" vans, by the way.
The best one for you will be up to your personal preference.
