i have a 09 corolla automatic with a problem, when I’m at a stop with my foot on the break my car starts shaking and rpm needle starts bouncing it shakes when it goes a bit below 1 and then levels out when I’m driving or when I’m parked there’s no issue. Driving me crazy. The car turned off one time on me when I was trying to park because the rpm went too low. Hasn’t happened again though

Does the shake go away if you put your car in neutral or park?
Yes it does, it’s completely fine when it’s in park or neutral
Try the cleaning procedure that @InThrustWeTrust mentioned. If it did not help, you might need to check the transmission. How many miles on it?
