Hello world

The car had flashing engine light when it was taken to mechanic.  The following is the results found. My question, are these repairs something that a mechanically enclined individual can perform?

Confirmed active catalyst damaging misfires present upon engine idle and rpm acceleration upon vehicle's arrival - Unable to perform test drive on roadway speeds due to severe cylinder misfires occurring.

Retrieved active diagnostic trouble codes: P0137-bank1 sensor 2 voltage, P0301-cylinder 1 misfire.

Monitored oxygen sensor activity/correlation on scanner at engine idle - verified low downstream oxygen sensor data response time, confirmed bank 1 downstream oxygen sensor voltage below manufacturer's specification approximately 415millivolts at engine idle.

Removed intake manifold assembly, Tested cylinder 1 ignition coil on COP tester - confirmed internal electrical failure within cylinder 1 ignition coil.

Removed/visually inspected cylinder 1 spark plug - found excessive fuel fowling/carbon fowling covering electrode.

Cylinder 1 ignition coil has failed - cylinder 1 ignition coil is the root source of the failure and will require replacement. Engine being operated on during cylinder misfires has resulted in over-fueling.

Excessive fuel being added into combustion has fouled out spark plugs/created excess carbon buildup within the induction system and damaged bank 1 downstream oxygen sensor.

Sorry for the wall of text. I wanted to be thorough. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
