I just bought a 2006 Suburban. I had an independent mechanic inspect it before I bought it and he said it was in very good mechanical condition. It is the 1/2 ton w the 5.3L and the 4L60E transmission. It shifts great but it has 126k miles on it and I don’t know if the trans fluid/filter has ever been changed. I know to not flush it, but should I at least drop the pan, change the filter and replace whatever fluid comes out? Thanks
