I recently got my oil changed on my 2010 1.33 Toyota auris. from what I've seen online it uses 0w-20 oil but I put 5w-30 oil in it. should I go and change it to 0w-20 or keep it as 5w-30. the engine oil hasn't been changed in the last 6 years before today. car has 75k miles
If it went 6 years without oil change I would consider doing an engine flush and putting in the proper oil

What does the owner's manual say?
@justin-shepherd I believe it says 0w-20
I would be more concerned about the fact that the oil has not been changed in six years. How many miles during that time? Even if only driven about 5K miles per year (30K miles in six years) I'd expect that engine would be sludged pretty badly with no oil changes.
