Hey Scotty! I've recently gotten 3 check engine lights at the same time on my 2002 Camry 2.4L, P0440, P0441, and P0446. I have checked my gas cap and it's tightened properly, and also I looked under the car to check the gas tank and I don't see any leaks.
I have to mention that there was an instance where I was idling at a red light and the engine starting shaking more than normal (RPM's were still good at 500 idle speed), but that was just once, it hasn't done that again, but I still have the codes.
