Morning Scotty,
I just discovered that my 2007 KIA Sedona with the 3.8 Liter engine and 267,432 miles has a very dirty intake and valve train. I bought it 6 months ago from a neighbor who claimed he changed the oil on a regular basis. I'm now afraid that basis was every 9K miles or worse. The PCV system may not be working well either. What can I put in the oil to do an intense clean up of the engine internals?

267K on a Kia is impressive. Unless it is not running well, I would probably not risk it. Just keep up with maintenance and drive it til it dies.
But since you are playing with the proverbial “house money”, if you really want to do something you could try something like Sea Foam top engine cleaner. It will smoke like crazy and smell terrible. Then you give it the old Italian Tune Up.
As far as the PCV, that’s usually a simple thing to check and replace. YouTube has thousands of videos on PCV valves.
Good luck
