Climate Seat Failure

Hey Scotty! I bought an automatic 2003 Lincoln Aviator AWD with 155000 miles from a private seller last summer. It has been a great vehicle, even with the current 10mpg average. The front driver and passenger climate seats(heated/cooled) will not work. General seat functions work but the climate control does not. From what I found, the issue is caused when the car battery goes dead and the computer turns the climate seat controls off. I'm hesitant to replace the module or pay a dealership to attempt a reset. I have scanned the vehicle with 2 different mid-grade scan tools and both resulted in zero codes. I removed the driver's seat to repair a mount and the issue prevailed after unplugging and plugging in the module. Any suggestions on how I could get the climate controls working again?

Did you check the fuse?

Fuses checked, the controls light up for maybe 15 seconds if you pull the battery or plug in the controls but once you try using them, the lights go out and nothing happens.
