Hey Scotty i am Faizan from Houston!
I have Bmw 2000 323i automatic with 140k miles . car is in very decent shape but it makes a clunk / tuck noise sometimes when I brake it or make a slow turn , I replaced the control arms and drive shaft mount, rotors and pads but still occurs
could it be ball joints or something else ?

It could be. Lift the car and check the front suspension. Scotty talked about this issue at least in one of his videos.

Also check for loose callipers.
