So, i know bmw’s aren’t the best reliable car to have but. I want to have a bmw that i can tune atleast have potential to have 1000 hp and really have a nice show car thats lowered and stuff. don’t know where to start or what bmw is good for that.

You'll probably get better answers in a BMW or tuner forum. We mainly deal with stock everyday cars here.

I dunno. Maybe an older 7 series with a v8? Probably would need cams and performance crank, which means a total rebuild.
Or, honestly, just do a performance LS swap.
Either way, get out your wallet, because you will need a SEMA-level budget to do it right.
