I wanted to put a cold air intake on my car, for the upgraded noise on my car. Will it help also will it help with horsepower? The car a 2013 Toyota Avalon, will the cold air intake hurt to ur cars overall performances during gas mileage?

A good way to waste $300.

You won't be able to hear a sound difference with just an intake on a car with a cabin sealed as well as the Avalon. Besides, you're looking at 2 horsepower...maybe...and worse MPG.

I would recommend against it.

You can get more horsepower adding a bumper sticker.

Truth!

Please don't. You are doing nothing but hurting the performance unless you get the car professional tuned. Even than the gains would be minor.

You won't see any gains without a tune. So it's a big waste of money, especially for a car like an Avalon. Sorry, it's not a high performance car, and even in those type of cars, you're only looking at 5-10hp gain, MAYBE.
