Scotty, I am a Targeted Individual. In one day, the military used DEW or EMP on 3 of my vehicles which all needed work, but were running. Most people don't know about this technology, but they hit a very expensive machine within my home as well. I need a solution. I was wondering if there is anything I can put against the underneath of the hood to keep all the components from behing hit with laser, or if you know what they might be targeting to render my vehicles useless. They are really trying to keep me from moving around. I need to be able to get to the grocery store at least and everything here is miles away.

Uh, OK. The best thing in that kind of situation is to obtain an older vehicle that uses no electronics; something from the 1950s or 1960s with carburetor, ignition points, generator, electro-mechanical voltage regulator, or maybe an old-school diesel with mechanical fuel injection. There's not much for any type of pulsed electromagnetic energy weapon to latch onto there.
