Hey scotty,
I have a Honda CR-V 2007 with 259k km on it. Bought it used. It has a green coolant on it already. Haven’t flush it yet because it seems okay. I have been using Zerex g-05 green 50/50 coolant to top up if it gets below full mark(reservoir) because I sometimes drive for long periods of hours during some weekend trips. I just recently found out about the type 2 coolant for this vehicle. So my question, is zerex g-05 that I’m using safe for my car? Or what do you suggest I will do.
hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Yes that's perfectly fine that's a good coolant the color today means nothing it's just a dye what you want is coolant made for modern cars and that one is made from modern cars.
