I have a dodge ram 1500 4.7 engine 2008 and it was over heated now i have coolant coming out from the exhaust and a misfire, I’m wondering if i have a blow head gasket

You blew a head gasket. The only way coolant can get into the combustion chamber is via the head gasket.
