Coolant leak causing misfire? 2006 F150

I have a 2006 4.6 F150 with ≈130k miles. Got a bad misfire (with code) in cylinder 1. Removed the coil and saw a pool of what I think is coolant. I blew out the plug well, dried everything off, replaced the individual spark plug and put it all back together. Code went away and truck ran good. 200 miles later it started misfiring again and their was more liquid in the cylinder 1 well. There’s no leaks in the driveway or anything, but the coolant level is a little low. Is this a failed intake manifold gasket? Is there anything else it could be? Is there an easy fix besides replacing the gasket?

Well pray it's just a failing intake manifold gasket because if not it's the head gasket starting to go in that cost a forge
