I have a 1999 C5 Corvette that at any speed pulls equally to the right or left. It tends to go back and forth every so often with pulling right or left. It’s a slight pull but noticeable, I over correct by turning the wheel in opposite direction to compensate. It clears up and then a few seconds later pulls to the other side. It does not pull when braking.
I took it to my mechanic for an alignment and he says he thinks it’s a leaf spring issue and won’t touch it, telling me to go to dealership.
Please help, any suggestions?
Well considering it's going one side than the other I tend to agree with your mechanic that there is a problem causing that other than just an alignment. Of course dealers aren't that honest with Corvette work if you can find a real front end alignment shop they can always figure the problem out
