Hello Scotty,
A few months ago I went to the dealership regarding a noise on the wheels. They told me I needed an alignment but a few weeks later I went to an independent mechanic because the issue did not get solved. I ended up having worn wheel bearings that needed to be replaced. I was wondering if I would need an alignment again since my vehicle was aligned with damaged wheel bearings?

it depends on how bad they were. Show the dealership your bearing invoice. They screwed up and should align it again for free.

If you do not have any issues while driving, I would leave it alone. Otherwise, I would not go back to the dealer for alignment since they did a lousy job at first and odds are they will do again. Go to a good alignment shop.
