4 years back I bought a chrystler T&C 2014 and was honestly a really good car and put close to 80k miles on it until I recently hit a deer and totalled it. I am wondering if those models are still good after 2014 or if I just got really lucky?

You were either lucky or you took good care of the car. Consider Toyota Sienna for your next car, if you like minivans or Toyota Sequoia, if you like SUV. Although if you want to buy a brand new SUV, the new Highlanders can be a great choice.
