Do aftermarket cv joints cause shaking upon heavy acceleration on 2003 Honda crv?

Hi! I recently purchased a 2003 Honda CRV with 120,000 miles. With heavier acceleration it has a shake/wobble on the floor of the car that is noticeable on smooth roads. Once at cruising speed it goes away. It is most noticable between 2 and 3 rpm. I bought it from a small dealor who told me he believed the shake was due to after market cv joints put on by the one owner previous to me. It doesnt click when i turn sharp or have any other symptoms. I took it to a honda dealor and they said the cv joints were old and one was rusty but the boots looked new so they didnt confirm whether the joints were aftermarket or not but they did recommend replacing them. They also mentioned the shake may be from my torque converter but they were leaning towards the cv joints as the shake was throughout the acceleration and not just at the top. They recommended replacing with Napa remanufactured cv joints. Ive been looking online and it seems this shake is a common problem when oem shafts are replaced on these particular Hondas. I can't find a good clear answer on what type of cv shafts are best aside from honda which i was told are 1200 ea! Have you heard of this issue with other CRVs and if so which joints do you recommend? Thank you so much for your time!

Autozone has these axles with a limited lifetime warranty #8109N for $84.00 each.

Depending on driveline angles some aftermarket axles can cause a pretty nasty shake on harder acceleration especially from a stop
