Personally, I'd take that orange 1969 charger with the vinyl top. They may not be quite as fast but they are 10x cooler and 10x more reliable.

No, not really. Aside from the rest of the powertrain, you still have the electronics which tend to act up over time. The overall quality is still not there, especially long term. It someone wants a Charger they are better of leasing under warranty and returning before the warranty expires. At least with this current generation, I don’t see this assessment changing. Now with Stellantis and the dismantle of the SRT team, the future for them doesn’t look good.
