Douse a 2003 Lexus have a interference or non-interference engine my car has 200,000 miles

That car has a non-interference engine. If you're getting at timing belt replacement, I would still change it at the recommended mileage interval in the owner's manual. You could just wait until the belt snaps since it won't actually damage the engine, but it would be horribly inconvenient because you will not be able to restart the car until a new belt is installed.
