Hi Scotty,
I have a 2016 Honda HRV which I replace the transmission fluid every 30k miles. I wonder if it has a transmission fluid filter needed to be replaced. Thanks.

Good question!
There is a paper filter in the front of the trans, and a mesh filter inside the pan.
And to my knowledge, Honda does not give any recommendations to change filters.
Personally, I plan to change my filters around 100k miles. But have no science on the matter.
