Hey guys you may know me already since I’m on my Tacoma hunt so here’s one I need advice on

this guy is selling his 2002 Tacoma for 7.5k. It has 198k miles

He said he replaced the valve cover seal and took a picture to show how well the motor looked on the inside but I’ll put a link to the post.

is it worth the money for what he’s asking? I’m gonna have it checked if I do proceed further. Thanks everyone

Where are you? Let me move there lol. In California it would go for 15k!!!

But nah I'd pass because I just don't like the idea of giving that much money for a 2 decade old Tacoma especially off Marketplace

North Carolina. Also 15k for that?!? Heck no lol I’m about to see if I can look at another Tacoma with 150k miles for 10k. But I’m a shoot for 7 or 8k if I go look at the Tacoma. Nothing good where I live and have to drive to South Carolina

😱😱😱 that’s too much haha
Yeah I feel like I’ve been annoying this community with me constantly asking Tacoma questions. Been hunting for almost two months.
My ideal Tacoma first gen 4 cylinder with 4 doors. It’s either a Tacoma or a sedan I just can’t settle with any other truck 😆

Oh we get so many questions we don't even look at whose asking most of the time. Continue asking!

Thank you will do! especially once I get my first car, hopefully a Tacoma

19 years old with all their mileage there's no way I'd pay that kind of money I got one that was 17 years old for my son for 500 bucks years ago

I wish I can find that kind of deal here 😭

I may just try buying my uncles 330k Tacoma for $2.5k

Thanks for answering btw Scotty your influenced me to get a Tacoma haha

Priced WAY too high for the age and mileage.

Yeah I decided not to proceed further with that one.

Good call. But keep looking. You'll find a better deal.
