Electrical Draw

I was wondering if my ac compressor could be cause my electrical draw? When I disconnected the negative cable from the batter I can hear it click. When I pulled the fuse I could see the prongs looked like they’ve gotten hot at one time maybe from the consistent draw.

if you think that it could be that how much would a mechanic charge to replace that on a 2013 Chevy sonic LS non turbo I think 1.8L

thanks my man!!

It shouldn't be able to do that because that fuse is wired "KEY ON" to provide power to the AC relay and the relay's coil is grounded by the computer.

But, "never say never".

Instead of connecting and disconnecting the battery ground, try pulling out and reinserting the AC relay in your engine compartment fuse box. (KEY OFF)

See if the AC clutch is engaging and disengaging when you do that. (it shouldn't)
