Electrical problem?

My dad drives a 2014 Chevy Volt. He bought it used from Carmax it had 30k miles. Now it has about 105k miles on it. About a month ago it started giving codes like “Battery Saver Activated” and “Check Battery.” We thought it was the battery, but it was the power control module. We took it to the dealership and they “fixed it.” He drove it for a few hours and the same codes showed up. We took it they “fixed it” again, and now the battery saver code got activated. What would you say is the problem? It’s giving us a headache.

Diagnosing/Fixing electric powertrains requires sophisticated equipment. You're unlikely to get a diagnosis over the internet. Unfortunately, GM are probably the only ones who can help you, so keep walking in there until they get it right.
