Engine Heating

I have a 2011 Honda Accord Lx with 120k miles. Whenever the weather gets hot, 90ish, my thermostat rises slightly. Usually it sits just under half now it goes a bit over half. The car starts running very hard, revs to 4k just to accelerate and there is a huge lag. My left cooling fan spins the wrong way, it blows air out instead of sucking air in. How could I fix this.

The polarity on that left cooling fan may be flipped around. See if the connection for that fan can be plugged in the opposite way (flip the connection upside down and plug it in). If that doesn't work, try swapping the plugs around for both fans and see if the issue moves. If the issue moves, then most likely it is a wiring problem. If it doesn't move, then the fan itself has an issue.

And change the thermostat too.
