I have a 2011 Honda Accord Lx with 120k miles, whenever I'm driving at 45 in 4th gear the car runs perfectly fine. However, once i hit 50 it shifts into 5th and theres a humming sound after the shift, the steering wheel also begins to vibrate. The car is at about 1.3k RPM at 50. Is this normal or is it a transmission issue.

Sounds like your 5th gear is going out. Baby that car.
You may use the overdrive on the 4th gear to avoid that.

If it isn’t the transmission, take the car to a reputed front end shop to check for any alignment, balancing or wheel bearing problems.
Does the humming not occur at 50mph in 4th gear?

You sure it's not just the engine harmonics? It is a 4 cylinder, they vibrate like mad lol
Have you ever changed the ATF?
