Good afternoon everyone hope you all are havin a great day. I have a concern 2001 Honda Civic LX5-Speed with a lil over 175,800 miles. Twice do I encounter engine hesitation after crank up it happened 3 weeks ago on a cold morning now it happened again this morning cold weather. Is it a sign I need to change spark plugs oooorrrrr....? Last time I had them replaced was last month.

Have your battery load tested, and alternator output.
