2020 Civic Manual vibrating over 50

2020 Civic LX 2.0 Manual has a vibration at higher speeds mainly over 50 but not always at the same speed or all the time,  Had tires balanced etc and did not change.  At lower speed depending of the gear I am, the car does the engine brake but at some point seems to just click into place.  The feel is like I would press the clutch and in slightly and let it back out.  Dealer told me is normal, but they always say that!

That is a brand new car! Make a video of it doing what you describe, to have as evidence & keep plaguing the dealer till they diagnose it.

Try switching the front tyres to the back & vice versa to check if the vibration disappears/moves.

Car has 44k, and it out of the bumper to bumper warranty. I do change tires and balance them every times I do an oil change and that is around 7500.

Wow that’s some high running! I think it’s your tyres. The car is too new for it to be something wrong with the frame, unless you've had some accident previously.

@inthrustwetrust
nope... no accident or anything that I may ran over!

Make a video of the issue  with your phone. Go to another dealer. Ask for test drive a similar car. If it drove fine and did not have the issue, you can get what you want easily for free. Your car is still under warranty. If you do not want to do that, call the Honda head quarter and file a complaint.

Good luck.

update: got new tires and had them balanced! Can an engine mount do this when cold? Can an drive shaft be out of sync and cause this vibration? I am thinking that might be since turning right wheel off the ground seem to "catch" right away but on the left side there is play before it engages or catches.

Yup, have all your front end parts tested by a reputed mechanic. It’s odd to have CV axle damage so soon without any impact damage. Keep us posted.

can this be in an issue? https://photos.app.goo.gl/E9FSVAUYd3LidxcW7

I work for a school that has classes on auto repair and the teacher took my car up and showed me this!  Also mentioned for a car that has only 58k, things seems prematurely worn out, and also noticed that the dealer did try to tighten things but did not solve my issue!
