My recently acquired 2011 Lexus GS 350 RWD with 83k miles on it makes this slight ticking noise when idling. Perhaps I'm paranoid, but I just wanted to upload a video and get some other ears on this.
In the second half of the video, listen for a clicking-like sound from the right half of the engine. Not sure if it's just me, or if it's bad at all, but I'm not sure so here I am.

How is the oil level? What's the condition of the oil? I'd start there. Maybe the vehicle is a quart short.
I’ll be sure to check and change it either way, I’m not sure if the seller had changed it before. Also, it occurred to me that the previous owner may not have been using premium gas (which the engine requires, not recommends), and I’ve heard that THAT can also affect the engine negatively.
