Should I worry if its a bit over the 2nd dot? should I get a pump and siphon some out or leave it? I attached a pic example

Yup, get the excess sucked out. Bad things happen when you overfill engine oil.

Yup, right at the full mark/dot is fine. Don’t let it get over the full mark.
even though it only looks like a cm or two above the dot, don't forget that this is across the entire oil pan.
Imagine a 1oz shot glass with 1 cm of fluid in it. Not much right. Now imagine a swimming pool with a cm of fluid.
It's not that much work to drain it out. Look at the back of the stick though and make sure it's the right level. Also learn to focus your camera 😛

This is way easier, I agree, although a little messy.
i dont have a jack or tools. i paid a guy 20$ to put mobil 1 ep in it
drain into a cup, wipe off with a rag. Done. You don't need a jack. Just drive it onto a sidewalk or buy some ramps.
Look at the reviews on that pump. TERRIBLE. Nobody that bought it liked it LOL! 😆
