75,000km done.
Should I worry about this?
Any professional advice pls.

no sir, no need to worry about that. if you see leak as seen liquid drops then yes repair it, but if it looks wet and small leak like that, dont worry about it, unless of course if you have car symptoms it needs to be repaired. but that wetness from those pictures does not mean anything.
