Engine sputter after fill up when idling

I have 2017 F150 2.7 ecoboost with 88,000 miles. After filling up with gas and when I sit at idle, the RPMs drop and feels like the engine will stall but never does. After driving a short time, this problem goes away. I used my BlueDriver scan tool and the live data shows web this occurs, the computer subtracts 28.9% fuel short term. Long term fuel trim holds steady at +4.7%. No trouble codes. What could it be?

First thing that comes to mind a flooded Vapor canister.

It is illegal for you to put fuel in your car with the engine running.  Shut it off.  Fuel it and go on your way,  Fueling it with the engine running is messing up your EVAP system.

i learn something everytime i come in here

I don't fill up with my truck running. This is after I start it up

Could it still get flooded from just letting the pump click off once? I don't top off the tank.

When the pump shuts off don't not add more. That is the max level. While it's unlikely Its still possible that 1 extra click could flood it. Locate you canister remove it and check if there is fuel in it. If there is the canisters  bad.
