Engine Stall 2003 Toyota Corolla

Good day, I have a 2003 toyota corolla with 180000 miles, when I floor the gas pedal from idling position the engine stalls for some time and then accelerates. The Engine idles fine but when I floor the accelerator, it makes a pop sound in the engine, engine stalls for some seconds and then accelerates . It showed a P0125 code (insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control), had the fuel pump and filter changed but still no change. Any hint?

You're either not getting enough fuel, too much air(vacuum leak) or misfiring and check this if the first two thing don't help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZg3YrAb6co

And as a general rule don't floor your car when it's at an idle it's really bad for it.

Just a P0125 code was displayed. On cold start it loses power when accelerated but gets better after 3-5 minutes drive.
On reaching 100km/hr it loses power again, engine jerks and when I try to accelerate from zero it stalls, so I have to depress the clutch pedal and rev the engine so before I can continue.
Thank you

Have you changed the fuel filter? If not, do that and pressure test the fuel pump. Odds are that you have insufficient fuel.
