I have a 2011 F150 with a 5.0 liter V8 and a 6-speed automatic transmission. The transmission was serviced for the first time at 80,200 miles, I currently have 81,300 on the odometer. Will servicing it again cause slippage? What interval should I perform future services at? Thanks!

Servicing it again won't cause slippage but it would be a waste of money if it has been done. Typically every 60k miles you should drain and fill your transmission fluid. Just never flush it. That can cause slippage and other issues.

No it won’t cause slippage if you change it every 50k moving forward.
Use full synthetic to protect against heat and friction.
