I am looking to buy a used car it is the: 2013 Fiat Abarth with it’s got about 95 miles on it and I just was wondering if this particular one has any modifications that you can see on this picture it’s the last one in the series attached at this link
I also wanted to mention I really appreciate the video you did on this car it helped a lot. Thanks in advance for your help with my question. 🙂

I assume you mean 95,000 mi and not 95 mi. I'm not a fan of Fiat 500s but the bars are better made than the regular 500, but they must be maintained rigorously and of course if you're in the United States, getting parts of them is insanely impossible and expensive
