Should I buy a Lexus ES250 for first car

Hey Scotty! Do you think a 2008 Lexus ES 350 with 140k miles for 7k is a good deal and do you think it would be a good first car?

Not a bad vehicle but a Honda civic or Toyota Corolla would be more economical to maintain.
