I have a 2000 Toyota celica gt automatic that has all original parts. Needs new interior a new motor, new hydraulic for the hatchback door, new paint job, new seals on the doors and timing chain. I love the car when it was working.Question is do I invest my time and money getting it fixed or sell it?
I also wanna buy a little pickup truck that has 4 doors kinda like a Toyota Tacoma. Which would be the best for my buck. Or would it be better buying a small suv like a Toyota RAV4 or something similar. Which would last me the longest and not cost alot
Thank you and keeping making great videos. I love them
Feel free to create a separate question for your pickup truck query.
Get it Tacoma it's not worth that kind of money into that Celica
The Celica isn't worth the $$ for what you say needs doing to it. Get the Tacoma
Get rid of the Celica
Get an Accord couple with a manual. More fun, more practical than the Celica, and it's not EXACTLY what everybody else is looking for/bidding up - small SUVs and trucks are overpriced IMHO now.
The Celica might be a labor of love, but it's better for a hobby than transportation in the next six to eighteen months.
So the question now is who wants to buy my celica? I can sell whole or for parts
Well, put it up for sale & see what kind of offers you receive.
Not worth it. Sell it.
Where is the best place to sell besides fbook marketplace?
Craigslist. Or just the good old ‘word of mouth’.
Avoid Facebook marketplace if you value your time, there are a lots of ghost buyers that will schedule and appointment and then won't show up, and the usual scams everywhere. Stick to craigslist. Work case scenario you can junk it for a couple hundred.
