Fleet Maintenance - Questioning the mechanics recommendations

I manage a fleet of 10 2016-2018 Ford Transits (all T-150 Base) and a handful of other vehicles and we recently have had to switch the mechanic that we use for fleet service. The new mechanic has been recommending Transmission Fluid service every 30k, Coolant service every 30k, Spark Plugs at 60K, Fuel Induction service every 15k.

These are moderately heavy use vehicles, 400-600 miles per week, ~1/2T of equipment in the back.

Plugs seem early to me, and while I know that Preventative Maintenance is just that, does any of this seem unnecessary? The mechanic we're using has a good reputation and doesn't strike me as "one of those shops" that makes it's living off of snake oil, and my GM is okay with spending money to keep big problems from happening, so it's not entirely up to me, but I'd like some input from the hive mind.

I concur on the transmission service, just drain and fill every 30k.  Transmissions take a beating and they're really expensive to fix, so prevention is your best investment there.   Coolant does not "wear out" by mileage, it can run for a specified number of years, or be monitored for quality and changed when indicated conductivity gets too high.   Spark plugs?   Put good ones in, Iridium or Platinum, and run them 100k miles.   Not certain what a "fuel induction service" is but if it's just a throttle body cleaning, maybe once a year.

I maintained a fleet of tow trucks for some time, then a fleet of plumbers vans.. those things rolled -heavy- ;^0

@hogdoctor Thanks for the advice! The Feul Induction service is the intake/carbon cleaning system from BG (44k is their over the counter brand).
We do Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, so we have a 60-100 gallon tank of water and a heated pressure washer mounted in the back. Add in the hoses, and other assorted gear and it's right there with the Plumbing Vans.
