My son has a 2014 Toyota Corolla and the interior console lights and headlights are flashing sparactically when he starts the car. It almost looks like the alarm is going off or something, but no horn is sounding. I have a video of the issue if that would help to understand the issue. Any thoughts as to what it might be? I removed the battery, cleaned all of the terminals and made sure that the ground wire to the frame was good, but it did not help the situation. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks, we replaced the battery and the issue was resolved.
Thanks for letting us know, it may help someone else with the same problem.

Load test the battery and alternator.
