Do I need to flush all fluids in my 2000 Honda Civic?

Flush all (brake, power steering, coolant) but ATF? 2000 Honda Civic LX 99k

Since I bought the Civic a month ago from the original owner, I am unsure if there's been a brake flush (it was a bit low so I added Autozone DOT 3 today because I didn't have Honda OEM brake fluid) and coolant flush and let alone a change of coolant reservoir. I just looked up how it's bad to mix different coolants and I don't know what was in it prior to me purchasing the car, so I was thinking of buying a new reservoir and Honda Antifreeze coolant. I'm guessing since I am going to have the rack and pinion replaced, do I need to do a power steering flush too? I plan on changing the ATF because I'm not sure if it was ever changed but it is a faded red and I bought OEM fluid in preparation.

do not add brake fluid unless it's below the minimum line

I did add some AutoZone Dot3 today because it was low.

You already said that, and I don't know what "low" means.

Should I flush it though? I did add some AutoZone Dot3 today because it was low.

It was slightly under minimum line.

Still wasn't sure, but do I flush brake and cooling system? I don't know if it negatively impacts it like ATF.
