Scotty, is the Ford 3.0 liter Diesel engine found in 2018 - 2021 F150s an interference engine? Debating about buying a low mileage one, but I see they have a timing belt and not sure I want to do that unless it is a non-interference engine. Thoughts and opinions appreciated.

Maybe you should plan on changing the timing belt at regular intervals, interference engine or not? 80-100k mile change intervals aren't like oil changes. You can save some money in that time and actually maintain the vehicle per the manufacturer's recommendations if you want your investment to last, and not randomly strand you somewhere.
Here are some common problems with that engine.

Justin, changing the timing belt goes without saying, but it doesn't answer my question about the engine.
