I have 2020 ford explorer maybe 50,000 miles. When should i have brake and coolant flush? I have no problems service person suggested i get it done.

You can buy a gadget at amazon that tests your brake fluid. It isn't that accurate but it will tell you. I think it goes green > amber > red in terms of how hydroscopic it is. Some people say every 3-4 years, but your mechanic might just drain the master cylinder and call it a day.
I had some mobile mechanics do mine before I did it myself and you could see they had no idea how to drain the fluid at the wheels. The mechanics assisstant was complaining because he had obviously never done it.
If you do test it yourself keep the lid off for as little as possible as the fluid absorbs the moisture in the air.
