[Solved] Front Disk Brake Noise

Hello, I have a 2008 Chevy HHR, Automatic, 2.2 engine.  It is a panel truck.  When I brake(only) I get a scraping noise from the passenger side disc brake.  On inspecting, I noticed that the anti-raddle clips rub against the rotors.  I have changed the calibers, brake pads, brake pins, rotors, even put in new clips and tie rods, but still eventually the clips start rubbing and making noise.  Any idea what the problem is? (It is not the brake dust shield)

Follow up on the on the brake anti rattle clips.  Decided to have the brake rotors turned. Seemed to do the trick.  So far no noise.  Maybe the new rotors were too thick?

Update on brake noise...turning the rotor did not fix the problem. Still the noise. Anti-rattle clips rubbing against the rotors. After replacing suspected parts we raised the front end and removed the tires. We started the car, put it in gear. We watched the rotor wobble. We replaced the rotor with a resent machined one. Same wobble. It was determined that the flange on the wheel bearing was bent, which might explain the constant brake problem. How it got bent we do not know. We ordered a new wheel bearing and see if that fix's the problem. Stay tuned

Woo Hoo! Replace the front wheel bearing assembly and been riding on it for the past 4 months. No problem,

Well, yippie yi yo kayah! Nice solve! Good for you that you have a smooth and quiet ride again.
