Hi,
I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey. The front right turn signal is not working. I changed the bulb and that didn't work. I unplugged the connector. I took my volt-meter and there is power coming up to the connector. I tested the connector for connectivity (I think?) -- I put a bulb in, set the meter to "Ohms" and got a reading. Is there something I am overlooking?

Make sure you are getting a proper ground from socket to metal.
