1996 lumina 3.1 4-speed auto. 116,000+mi's Should I have it serviced "change fliud & filter" It's working fine & fliud looks good doesn't smell bad either.

Drain and refill but no flush. I would also change the filter as well.

Section 7 page 15 of your owner's manual states that the transmission fluid and filter is to be changed every 50,000 milers. If you haven't done that and you change it now, it's a 50/50 gamble.
