Scotty, please can you tell me how do I know if fuel filter or pressure regulator is good if I have no codes and no chance for me to measure the pressure of fuel delivery? How can I diagnose this with torque app? My car is lazy when I go from a stop. How can I apreciate the quality of gasoline?
Car is the same 10 years old hyundai i20 40.000km manual bought new in 2010.

Ask a mechanic to pressure test your fuel system after changing the fuel filter.
Get gasoline from a more reputable brands if you think the gasoline is an issue.
Then I understand the torque app is useless in fuel pressure diagnostic.My car does not have any sensor for pressure regulation and the pump is in the tank.Thanks for the replay but the mechanic idea is not working for me because I didn't trust any.I have bad experience with. Mechanics like Scotty are very rare here.
Well, I don't think you can measure the fuel pressure by any scan tool. I hope you find a good mechanic whom you can trust soon.
When was the last time you serviced (tune up) the car & replaced your air filter?
I change all the filter regularly like the manual indication for service.Annual change oil and filters.
If you don’t trust any independent mechanic, ask your dealer to pressure test the fuel pump in front of you. And be prepared to get ripped off!
