Any recommendations for where to buy some quality Led replacement lights that aren't ridiculously overpriced? VLEDS is a perfect example of what I mean by ridiculously overpriced.

Philips makes good quality LED retrofit bulbs, and they're available on Amazon and in various stores.

I prefer Headlight Revolution. They have quality lights, but not cheap. They test all their products in wide variety of vehicles and publish in videos for consumer to see. You can even email them and ask what bulb will work best in your vehicle.
Not all LED lights are created equal. Even if you don’t buy from them, their video below shows what to look for in selecting the proper LED bulbs:
