I have a 2013 civic si, Manuel with 90k miles.I hear a grinding noise from the front left when I turn left. I also hear a constant grinding noise sometimes while driving. It does not get louder with the faster I go. I do not have any shacking of my wheel. I changed the brake pads about 1 month ago.

Well, … I would take a wheel off and look around. It could be dust shield vibrating at certain speeds, … at certain loads as you turn left. Look for a rock stuck between dust shield and a hub.
Anyway, check your previous work while the wheel is off. It could be a vibrating brake pad, missing spring clip that keeps pads apart. Another words, have a good look around, … shake things up. See if anything is loose, … start there.
